<\/a>Considerar crime hediondo o acidente de tr\u00e2nsito com v\u00edtimas fatais provocado por motorista alcoolizado. Este \u00e9 o objetivo do PROJETO DE LEI DO SENADO – PLS 1\/2008 de 07\/02\/2008, do Senador Cristovam Buarque que altera o Art. 306 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro, Lei n\u00ba 9.503, de 23 de setembro de 1997, para considerar crime hediondo o acidente de tr\u00e2nsito com v\u00edtimas fatais praticado por motorista alcoolizado ou sob efeitos de subst\u00e2ncias an\u00e1logas.<\/p>\n
